About us

Communication Equity founder Kathryn Findlen designs and facilitates bespoke Leadership development on communication style and personal presence, optimizing interaction for executives on the journey of accepting the mantle of Leadership. She is a pioneer of programs blending creative processes for the arts with business strategy.

Postgrad research at Oxford University’s Saïd School of Business on the role of the Creative Mindset in Leadership and international MBA / MSc in Entrepreneurship at ESSCA in Paris bridge Kathryn’s diverse experience in for-profit and non-profit sectors as silent partner in advertising and early career as a professional classical musician.
